Tilt Tray Twist Lock

Positioning your shipping container on a truck is fine when you can have the twist locks fitted in the up position. But what if you have a tilt tray?

Introducing the Tilt Tray Twist Lock. The Tilt Tray Twist Lock has a sprung plate that will hold your shipping container pins in the up position to allow for safe and easy loading even when you have a tilt tray or your twist locks are positioned so they drop down below the truck tray. No more dangerous manual lifting of the pin while the shipping container is positioned, the Tilt Tray Twist Lock will take care of the work so that you can stay safely out of the way.

The Tilt Tray Twist Lock holds the shipping container pin in the up position while the shipping container is loaded then rotate to lock as normal. Then when you want to unload at the other end, rotate to unlock, then you simply pull the tilt tray lift lock out of the way, and the shipping container pin drops below the tray. The easy spring loaded action on the tilt tray lift lock means that the next time you lift the shipping container pin back up, the lift lock snaps back into position to hold your twist lock pin in place above the tray of your tilt tray.

The Tilt Tray Twist Lock is a complete package, but the lift lock is also sold separately and can possibly be fitted to your existing twist locks on your tilt tray. Lift locks are compatible with many brands but not all, check if the lift lock is compatible with your locks prior to order.
