Do you want to build a container home with your shipping containers stacked on top of each other but at 90 degrees? Well now you can.
New and very unique in the market is the Transverse Double Ended shipping container twist lock.
The transverse double ended shipping container twist lock is similar to the normal double ended twist lock in that it is for stacking one container on top of another. Where it is unique is that the locking mechanism is oriented at a 900 offset to facilitate the stacking of containers at 900.
We deal with a lot of customers in the shipping container modification or shipping container-home business and often get asked “how can we stack containers at 90 degrees”. Through these conversations with our customers, we have developed and engineered this one of a kind product to meet their needs. Here at HEDD Engineering we are always looking to find the best solutions possible for your shipping container connection needs, and the transverse double ended twist lock is just another great example of the lengths we are willing to go to for our customers.
We pride ourselves on our quality and availability, being able to supply to all capital cities in Australia including Perth, Darwin, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne and Sydney within 48 hours.
